Well Sunday=No working day..(lmao!)Well did sth meaningful today went out with AC-mel to do our MicroBio lab report. Okay things did not goes well at 1st. We went to Jurong library, cant get access to internet which we need to get the lab manual. Nvm, we decided to go Science centre MAC! Before going we went to library customer service in the library to diagnosed our problem and guess what tt lady refer us to Singtel. Okay nvm we obediently called the help desk hotline and tada it goes like this. Mel was on the caller. "hi, welcome to singtel..blahblah..for customer service pls press1. for mobile service pls press2. after pressing, pls key in ur code(dont know whats tt anyway) its totally not helping at ALL! Frustrated! hang up the phone. Putting this situation to calling the ambulance for help. Imagine tt. Hello this is hospital helpdesk. For pregnancy press1, for miscarraige press2, for fainting press3, for heat stroke press4, for heart attack press5, and it goes on and on. If this were to happen the person(eg.heart attack) would have died in the middle of the road alr la..for police also same situation..even worse its not helping at all if the system works like this: for robbery press1, for buglary press2, for commiting sucide press3, for rioting press4, etc. Its sounds funny but its damn irritating and useless help desk. Coming back, we headed to MAC still cant access nvm we ate our lunch and went to TULLY's cafe..Finally, get access but cannot open..thks to keefe who send us the lab manual. Work, work, work...then finally finish! Drank Mocha~slurp! Cam-whore and homesweethome! StarAwards..Sad la Kym Ng didnt get any awards :(
